Challenge
NexGenPlay had a strong game concept but no development team. They needed a complete turn-key build: art, mechanics, backend, and launch.
Our approach
We assembled a dedicated team: Unity developer, 2D artist, UI/UX designer, and backend engineer. Agile 2-week sprints with playtest sessions at each milestone.
Solution
A tactical turn-based strategy game for mobile with 40+ missions, 3 faction classes, PvP matchmaking, and a live-ops battle pass system. Published on App Store and Google Play.
